Eligibility
The REV’IT! TailorTech_ Racesuit Design Contest (hereby referred to as ‘Contest) is open to all persons aged 18 and over. The Contest is subject to all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of REV’IT! Sport USA LLC, its Partners REV’IT! TailorTech_, and REV’IT! Sport International B.V., as well as members of the Contest judging panel are prohibited from entering the competition.

Entry Period
Contest entries begin on April 9, 2024 09:00 CET and close April 21, 2024 23:59 CET.

How to Enter
During the entry period, entrants must visit the Contest registration page at tailortech.revitsport.com/us/design-contest/ and follow the instructions to electronically complete and submit the Contest entry form. Entrants will be asked to provide basic contact information, including name, and email address. (NOTE: All required fields must be filled out with information valid on the close of the Contest to be eligible.) Entrants may only enter once via the submission form. Submissions to the Contest should be made solely through the specified application page process. Submissions by other delivery methods will not automatically be considered and are subject to rejection. Once a submission is entered, the Entrant will receive an automatically generated confirmation email.

Limitations on Entries
Limit one entry per person per category. No third party entry or entry through any sweepstakes, giveaway, or contest submission service is permitted. Any person or entity who attempts or encourages the entry of multiple or fake contact information under multiple identities will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited. Entrants must enter individually. Any collaborations and teams must enter under one individual’s name.

Grand Prize
One winner will be chosen to win one REV’IT! TailorTech_ X.201 custom race suit on April 23, 2024. The prize will reflect the winning race suit design to the closest reasonable approximation. Winner will be contacted at the discretion of the Organizer or its Partners by email. As the Prize is a custom produced item, REV’IT! TailorTech_ will endeavor to send prizes within 90 working days after Contest closing. No monetary or cash equivalent will be made available to the winning Entrant.

Selection
Winner will be chosen by a judges panel from among all eligible entries collected during the entry period taking place on or about April 23, 2024 at the Organizer’s place of business. The selection will be conducted by the Organizer and all decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Contest and the Terms and Conditions are binding. If any winners are found to be ineligible, not in compliance with the Contest rules, or unable to be contacted by email within 72 hours of selection, the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be chosen. The decision of the Judges is final, no appeals will be entertained and no further correspondence shall be entered into.

Contest Odds
Contest is not a game of chance. Winner is selected by creativity of design using the REV’IT! TailorTech_ X.201 custom motorcycle leather race suit design configurator, by a panel of Judges chosen at REV’IT! Sport USA LLC’s discretion.

General Terms
By entering the Contest, you promise to abide by the Terms and Conditions and the decisions of REV’IT! Sport USA which will be final and binding in all respects. REV’IT! Sport USA LLC reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse, revoke or withdraw any entry at any time. Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless REV’IT! TailorTech_, REV’IT! Sport International B.V., REV’IT! Sport USA LLC, their Partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents and assigns from and against any or all claims, losses, injuries or damages resulting from participation in the Contest.

Contest Integrity
To ensure Entrant anonymity and to protect the integrity of the Contest, upon registering with and submitting work to REV’IT! Sport USA, each Entrant’s submitted info will be under expressed use by REV’IT! Sport USA LLC and its Partners. All information collected regarding the Entrant will be stored on their database.

Winner’s Name
The judging panel will be made aware of an Entrant’s identity only after the winner has been selected. The name of the one winner will be available only within thirty (30) days of the contest close, available by contacting REV’IT! Sport USA LLC at info@revitusa.com

Promotion
Upon request Entrants agree to participate in Promotional activities and Publicity arrangements in respect to the Contest. The Organizer and its Partners are authorized to use all statements made by the Entrant in connection with the Contest without additional approval. Organizer and its Partners reserve the right to run promotions on revitsport.com, as well as to discontinue any of its promotions at any time.

Intellectual Property Right and Copyright
Intellectual property Right and Copyright of Organizer and the Contest are governed by copyright laws of the United States. No Entrants shall receive or be entitled to receive any payment in any form for Submissions or for granting the Organizer and its Partners right of their use, other than Contest Prize winning Submissions.

Design Usage
By entering the Contest all Entrants grant to the Organizer and its Partners an unrestricted, worldwide, irrevocable and royalty-free license (but not the obligation) to use Entrants Submission as follows: 1)Publicly display by any means and in any media now and hereafter known, copy, modify, translate and/or adapt, archive and distribute in relation to Contest and Publicity purposes without any further notice or remuneration to the Entrant. 2)Use of submissions for potential creative applications or influence on future products or assets produced by Organizer and its Partners. All credits in connection with the winning Submission are associated with the registered Entrant’s name. The Organizer shall (but is not obliged to) make a reasonable effort to display the Entrant’s name on any Submission whenever published or otherwise featured during or after the Contest.

Liability Indemnity
By entering the Contest, all Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Organizer and its Partners, representatives and judges from any claims, losses, damages, expenses and liabilities (including attorney’s fees and settlement fees) arising out of their participation, Entrants participation, Submission or any Competition related activities. By entering the Contest, all Entrants agree to release, discharge, and indemnify the Organizer and its Partners, representatives and judges from any claims, losses, damages, expenses and liabilities (including attorney’s fees and settlement fees) brought by any third party against the Organizer and its Partners due to or arising out of the Entrant’s Submission, Organizer and its Partners’ use of Entrant’s Submission or Entrant’s participation in competition, including claims for copyright and trademark infringement. By entering the Contest, all Entrants agree that any disputes, claims and causes of action between Entrant, and Organizer and its Partners, arising out of or connected with a Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of legal action or class action. In case of the legal action or a claim, brought by the Entrant against the Organizer or its Partners and agents the Entrant shall pay REV’IT! Sport USA LLC or its agent’s attorneys’ fees and legal costs arising from the claim should it fail.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and in accordance with US law.
