TAILORTECH is a factory team of pattern engineers, designers, and specialized leather seamstresses who turn riders’ intent into made-to-measure suits—through research, on-bike testing, one-on-one fittings, and personal design sessions.
The work on track is the story.
As motorcycle enthusiasts and manufacturers, we don’t “tap into” motorcycle culture; we help shape it where it happens—in garages, paddocks, and workshops.
We’re based in a working build space in Italy that brings together riders, teams, artists, artisans, and collaborators around a shared idea: advance riding, one suit at a time.

Is the tour US only?

No. Selected stops run in the United States and Canada. The booking module lists all cities and dates.

How do I reserve?

Can I reschedule or cancel?

How long is the appointment?

Plan for a focused one-to-one session covering design review, 22 measurements, posture checks, and airbag mapping. The calendar shows available time slots.

What should I bring/wear?

Base layer: bring a thin riding base layer for a precise fit. If you forget, we’ll provide one on site.

Does design start before the fitting?

Yes. Once you reserve, your specialist begins pre-design from your inputs (colors, logos, references, avatar prep).

Which airbags are compatible?

We support the entire Alpinestars Tech-Air airbag proposition.

What happens on site?

A private, factory-led working session: materials in hand; 22 measurements; airbag mapping; live graphic adjustments aligned to section geometry; color swatches of your selections delivered for reference; final spec confirmed.

What do I leave with?

A written summary of measurements, a design v1 aligned to your fit, your color swatches, and an estimated production window.

What’s the lead time?

Your exact production window is agreed at the appointment and confirmed in writing.

Do you require a deposit? How do I pay?

Yes. A deposit is required to start production. You can pay by card or cash; the balance is due before shipment.

Do you take team orders?

Yes. For team orders of 3+ suits in the same livery, a 10% discount applies. Suits must be quoted together and confirmed within the same booking window.

Can you coordinate consecutive slots for a team?

Yes. Note team details when reserving; we’ll align time slots and workflow.

Where are the suits made?

In Italy, by the TAILORTECH factory team.

How is delivery handled? Are there duties or taxes?

Shipping options and timing are set in your order summary. Products ship DDP—all duties and taxes included, no carrier add-ons.

What if the fit isn’t perfect on delivery?

Contact your assigned specialist. We evaluate and coordinate any adjustments with our US team and the Italian factory.

Do you handle crash repairs later on?

Yes. We assess, advise on repairability, and quote work accordingly.
